Ingredients

- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 4 large eggs

Step 1: Prepare the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Grease and line an 8-inch or 9-inch cake pan with baking paper.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, combine:
- Flour
- Desiccated coconut
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Salt
